James H. Niedecken, CIC, LUTCF - Agent, Retired President

James has been a licensed insurance agent since 1969. He is an Ottoville native and attended the University of Toledo and The Ohio State University. James has served in management positions for several Insurance Companies and as owner/President of Niedecken Insurance Agency from 1989 through 2018. James is a member of the State and National Professional Insurance Agents and William T. Hold Society of Insurance Counselors.
James and his wife, Janet, have two children, four grandchildren and love spending their semi-retirement years with them at their Northern Michigan lake house.
Kimberly M. Hilvers, CIC, CPIA, CISR - Agent & Owner/President

Kimberly is a licensed Property and Casualty and Life & Health Insurance agent. She is an Ottoville native and graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Kimberly has spent her entire career in the insurance industry assisting others with their various insurance needs. Kimberly is an active member of the Ohio Insurance Agents Association, the International Association of Insurance Professionals – Buckeye Chapter and William T. Hold Society of Insurance Counselors.
Kimberly and her husband, Alan, have three daughters. They enjoy spending time as a family attending the various sports activities their daughters are in, boating at Coldwater Lake, Michigan in the summer and watching Ohio State Buckeye football in the fall
Cora A. Kehres, CPIA, CISR - Agent

Cora is a licensed agent specializing in Property and Casualty insurance she has also obtained her CISR. Cora has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years and has been with Niedecken-Hilvers Insurance since 2006.
Cora enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, son and grandson.
Jackie M. Beam, CISR, CPIA - Agent

Jackie started a new adventure at Niedecken-Hilvers Insurance May of 2018 after working in the medical field for 20 years. Since then she has obtained her license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance, and CISR & CPIA designations.
Jackie has 3 children who attend Fort Jennings School and keep her busy with all their sports, dance, and extra extracurricular activities.
Danielle M. Becker, CPIA – Secretary
Danielle is a graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. Danielle has worked in the insurance industry for over 5+ years but has since returned to Niedecken – Hilvers Insurance Agency, where she has obtained her CPIA designation and is working towards additional designations.
Danielle resides in Fort Jennings with her husband and three children. They enjoy Notre Dame and Bengals football, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places.
